Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare seeks a Youth Recovery Coordinator to support teens and young adults with treatment access and engagement for substance use and co-occurring disorders in Walla Walla and surrounding counties. You will coordinate services, engage families, and facilitate groups while working outside of a traditional office setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rapport-building across diverse groups, and home visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with youth and young adults preferred.
• Eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a treatment plan with each client based on needs and goals.
• Coordinate services to ensure access to community resources for recovery.
• Facilitate educational and skill-building groups for motivation.
• Encourage clients to build social skills and natural supports.
• Identify referral sources to streamline access to treatment.
• Assess safety and crisis needs; document progress notes timely.
