Responsibilities

• Monitors site officials and coordinates substitutions as needed.
• Remains visible to participants while on duty and communicates concerns to supervisor.
• Promotes YMCA programs and recruits participants in line with supervisor's plan.
• Creates an atmosphere of fair play and professional conduct.
