Job summary

The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Youth Sports Referee to officiate basketball, soccer, volleyball and flag football on Saturdays, with training and prep in the evenings. You will ensure a safe, fair, and fun experience for all participants while modeling sportsmanship and teamwork.

Requirements include at least one year of officiating or playing experience, CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire, and a willingness to learn new sports.

• Support game-day operations, assisting with equipment setup, takedown, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
