Youth Sports Instructor and Official - Wentzville

We offer leagues, camps, and clinics in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Job Overview

As an Instructor, your role is to enhance the experience for players and coaches by building relationships and ensuring quality instruction during practices and games. As an Official, you will enforce game rules, promote a positive culture, and serve as a role model on game days. Both roles require hands-on involvement and a focus on safety and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

Instructor

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals and fun
• Teach core sports concepts and sportsmanship values
• Supervise game day operations
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Assist with refereeing and field setup/breakdown

Official

• Enforce i9 Sports rules ensuring safety and enjoyment
• Teach sportsmanship and core concepts
• Manage game time, score, and appropriate competition levels
• Exhibit a positive attitude and customer service skills
• Set up and break down the field

Qualifications
