Amazing Athletes is seeking a part-time Preschool Sports Coach to lead engaging classes for children in the Northern Colorado region (Longmont, Firestone, Frederick, Erie). You’ll inspire young learners, focus on motor skills, and foster a love of physical activity in a fun, safe environment.

The role offers flexible hours (10–15 per week) with pay between $18 and $30 per hour, depending on experience. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for sports and children's education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and encouraging learning environment.
• Must pass background checks required for working with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and lead age-appropriate sports classes for preschoolers & elementary aged athletes, ensuring a fun and safe environment
• Motivate and engage children using positive reinforcement and creative teaching techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
• Set up and take down necessary equipment for classes
• Maintain a high level of safety and organization during all classes

Amazing Athletes is a premier children's sports and fitness program that serves children ages 1.5-12. Our mission is to provide a fun and educational environment where children can learn the fundamentals of sports while developing important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and perseverance.

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Preschool Sports Coach to join our Northern Colorado team. In this position, you will lead engaging and active sports classes for preschoolers, inspiring them to develop a love for physical activity and helping them cultivate essential motor skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct and lead age-appropriate sports classes for preschoolers & elementary aged athletes, ensuring a fun and safe environment
• Motivate and engage children using positive reinforcement and creative teaching techniques

• Set up and take down necessary equipment for classes

Schedule

This part-time role requires flexibility. Coaches can expect to work between 10-15 hours a week, depending on availability and demand.

Compensation

Coaches will earn between $20-$30 per hour.
