Job summary

St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission seeks dependable Youth Sports Field Supervisors to oversee recreational events and ensure a safe, organized environment for players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

You will manage on-site game operations, prepare facilities, enforce policies, and respond to incidents. As the on-site representative during games and tournaments, you’ll support referees, scorekeepers, and participants while maintaining safety procedures and timely reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience in athletics, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain if hired).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking dependable, enthusiastic Youth Sports Field Supervisors to oversee recreational athletic events and ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment for players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

As the on-site representative during games and tournaments, you'll help prepare facilities, support game operations, enforce policies, respond to issues, and ensure each event runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Supervise youth sports games and events
• Prepare fields and facilities before games
• Support referees, scorekeepers, coaches, and participants
