Job summary

i9 Sports - Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while delivering high-quality instructional activities and observing coaches to ensure safety and fun.

You will empower volunteer coaches, model sportsmanship, and supervise game-day operations across age groups. A passion for youth development and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
