i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our youth sports programs in the Hayward/San Leandro area. You will engage kids, parents and community members to promote memberships while delivering a positive brand experience.

The role combines both in-person events and digital outreach. You will travel locally, build relationships and help grow our community footprint with a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in public settings.
• Passion for sports and youth development.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Basic marketing and promotions understanding.
• Flexible hours including weekends/evenings; ~5 hours/week.
• Background check required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Commitment to at least 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and drive brand awareness with local schools, businesses, and community members.
• Engage with kids, parents, coaches, and spectators to share information about programs.
• Assist event marketing with booths, materials, and live presence.
• Execute grassroots marketing like road signs and flyers; run in-person events.
• Contribute to digital campaigns through content creation and social media updates.
• Educate the public about the i9 Sports experience and benefits.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of customer service.
