Soccer Shots Lake County is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to coach and lead our youth soccer program for children aged 2-8. You will run classes, help manage the weekly schedule, and support outreach to local schools and parks to grow partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children aged 2-8 years and be goofy, fun, energetic.
• Open availability: mornings, afternoons, and some weekend sessions.
• Excellent communication with parents, administrators, and coaches.
• Passion for youth development and soccer; prior coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and promote the program following Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Coordinate and manage class schedule and daily operations.
• Sales and outreach to schools, childcare centers, and park districts to form partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and coaches.
• Help implement marketing strategies to grow the program.
