Job summary

Soccer Shots Lake County is looking for energetic coaches to lead fun classes for children aged 2-8 and promote a positive, developmental soccer experience. You will work with families, stay organized, and help grow the program across Lake County locations.

Ideal candidates are fun, reliable, and eager to contribute to youth development through soccer. Flexible weekday and weekend availability is a plus, with training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be goofy, fun and energetic when working with children age 2-8.
• Prior soccer experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have access to a car and be willing to drive to Lake County locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote the Soccer Shots program following the weekly curriculum.
• Assist with program growth and marketing to raise awareness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents and coordinators.
• Conduct classes with a positive and safe environment.
