Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking a Youth Soccer Marketing Associate to help develop and run campaigns for youth programs. You will capture engaging photo and video content at camps, leagues, and events to showcase our youth initiatives across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Youth Sports Marketing Manager in development and execution of marketing campaigns for youth programs.
• Capture photo and video content at youth camps, leagues, events for use across social channels.
• Assist with creation of marketing materials (flyers, social graphics, emails).
• Manage social media content for youth programs, including scheduling posts and community interaction.
• Support promotional events to increase participation in youth programs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
• Assist with maintenance of youth soccer websites, ensuring information is current.
• Availability year-round.
