Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is hiring a full-time Youth Soccer Coach to work in the Greater Pittsburgh area, especially the Pittsburgh West region. The position is full-time and includes drive time compensation. Occasionally, work may be scheduled in other areas, including Pittsburgh City, North, and South regions.

Responsibilities
  • Coach 30-35 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour. Full-time coaches should be able to coach multiple sessions in a day, multiple days a week. Coaching locations vary, requiring local driving.

  • Community outreach and public relations
  • Assist in seasonal marketing efforts, including distributing flyers and yard signs
  • Respond to communications within 24 hours
Preferred Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of early childhood, physical education, recreation, athletics, and development best practices (preferred)
  • Well-organized and tech-savvy, experienced with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
Work Hours and Location
  • Full-time, exempt position with variable hours, including weekends and some evenings during seasons
  • Based partly in our Carnegie, PA office and partly remote, with routine travel across the Greater Pittsburgh Area
  • Requires flexibility for weekday, weeknight, and weekend hours. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, as much of the communication is remote.
Compensation
  • Salary range of $28,000 to $34,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
  • Additional monthly gas stipend
