Position Overview:

Soccer Shots Harrisburg/York is hiring fun, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Coaches to positively impact and inspire lives!

Serving the Harrisburg/York region including Harrisburg, Hershey, Middletown, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, East and West York, Shrewsbury, and New Freedom.

About Soccer Shots - Harrisburg/York:

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, and age-appropriate introduction to soccer. Our curriculum emphasizes soccer skills and character development, aiming to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child.

Availability:

The ideal candidate is available Monday through Saturday mornings and/or Monday through Thursday evenings.

Seasons include:

• Winter - January through early March
• Spring - mid-March through end of May
• Summer - mid-June through mid-August
• Fall - September through mid-November

This is a part-time seasonal position. We seek consistent coaches who can return season after season.

Requirements:

• Safety-conscious, prioritizing children's safety

• Organized, able to plan ahead and conduct sessions according to the lesson plan
• Responsible, committed to coaching duties and representing Soccer Shots
• Energetic, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere
• Prior soccer experience is not required; passion for positively impacting children's lives is essential
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
• Availability to commit to multiple back-to-back seasons
• Must be at least 18 years old
