Position Details

Looking for the next GREAT Soccer Leader for Children Ages 2-7

Location: Throughout Camden County, NJ

Hours: Flexible, with a preference for daytime availability

About the Role

At Soccer Shots, we aim to make a positive impact on children's lives through soccer. Working with children requires dedication and a passion for education and sports. Our goal is to provide the best 30-45 minutes of each child's week. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a difference, consider joining our coaching team.

Schedule and Sessions

Sessions run Monday through Friday in childcare centers and schools, with additional programs in neighborhoods during evenings and weekends. We seek consistency in coaching the same group of children throughout the season to foster relationships.

Ideal Instructor Criteria

• Responsible: Punctual, capable of managing groups, maintaining attendance, and communicating effectively with the coaching director.
• Professional: Neat appearance, friendly, courteous, and self-assured.
• Enthusiastic: Enjoy engaging with children aged 2-7, energetic, and able to connect with them on their level.
• Soccer Experience: Preferred but not mandatory; being good with children and familiar with soccer is sufficient.
• Child Interaction: Safety-conscious and understanding of what inspires young children.
