Position Overview:

Soccer Shots Harrisburg/York is hiring fun, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Coaches as we pursue our vision to “positively impact and inspire lives”!

For coaches in the Harrisburg/York region including Harrisburg, Hershey, Middletown, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, East and West York, Shrewsbury, and New Freedom, and more!

About Soccer Shots - Harrisburg/York:

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to soccer. Our curriculum emphasizes soccer skills and character development, aiming to leave a positive impact on every child.

Availability:

The ideal candidate is available Monday through Saturday mornings and/or Monday through Thursday evenings. Our seasons include:

• Winter - January through early March
• Spring - mid-March through end of May
• Summer - mid-June through mid-August
• Fall - September through mid-November

This is a part-time seasonal position. We seek consistent coaches who can return season after season.

Minimum Requirements:

• Safety-conscious, prioritizing children's safety

• Organized, able to plan sessions according to the curriculum
• Responsible, committed to duties and representing Soccer Shots
• Energetic, capable of creating a fun and engaging atmosphere
• Passion for impacting children's lives; prior soccer experience not required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Availability for multiple back-to-back seasons
• At least 18 years old
