i9 Sports - Dade County, FL is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. This role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

You will observe, assess, and assist our coaches, with hands-on involvement in practices and games across age groups and skill levels. The position requires strong communication, coaching know-how, and the ability to lead and engage participants, with a focus

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience.
• Motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (season ~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
