Job summary

Soccer Shots Lake County is seeking a enthusiastic Coach to lead fun, child-focused soccer sessions for ages 2–8. You will follow the Soccer Shots curriculum to deliver positive classes and promote the program across Lake County.

Ideal candidates are energetic leaders with excellent communication skills, able to drive to multiple locations, and comfortable engaging with parents and community partners. Training and advancement opportunities are available, along with flexible hours to fit family

Qualifications

• Love working with children ages 2–8.
• Open availability: weekdays 9–11:30am, 3–5pm; weekends 9am–Noon.
• Excellent communication and leadership with parents and students.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for youth development and soccer.

Responsibilities

• Coach and promote the Soccer Shots program, conducting fun, positive classes per the weekly curriculum.
• Assist with program growth; prior soccer experience not required, just a passion for making a difference.
• Serve as the point of contact for parents, administrators and other coaches.
• Help implement marketing efforts and spread awareness about Soccer Shots.

• Open Availability & Flexible - Classes on weekday mornings 9-11:30am & afternoons 3-5pm and weekends 9am-Noon
• Great Communicator & Leader - From sales & parent communication to playfully leading the classes, you're a leader who takes pride in your work and making a difference. You're the reason the kiddos keep coming back to Soccer Island!
• Passion for Youth Development & Soccer - Experienced youth sports coaches & soccer players are our faves!
• Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver's Licence - Must have a car and be willing to drive to our locations all over Lake County
