At Soccer Stars Contra Costa, we believe that every child is an athlete. We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead children in engaging, educational soccer activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children—whether as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, camper, or leader. This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New coaches can work 5-15 classes a week, earning from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

  • They use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate successes.
  • Our coaches have a blast, remaining open-minded and committed to continuous improvement through regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements:

  • An upbeat, fun attitude.
  • A love for playing soccer is a plus!

  • A desire to make a real impact in your community by working with kids.
  • Availability to work on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with additional weekday coaching opportunities.

Benefits:

  • This part-time role offers a starting rate of $20-$30 per hour (based on experience) and flexibility in scheduling.
