About Us

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program specialized for children ages 2-8 years, with a focus on character and skill development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We are passionate about what we do and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same!

Compensation

Our coaches start at $18/hour, with opportunities to increase to $24/hour based on experience. Each session lasts 1 hour, and coaches are generally assigned between 4-8 sessions per week, depending on availability and willingness to travel.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Preparation:

• Complete training program
• Review online curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania early education standards
• Maintain equipment and arrive on time for setup

Coaching:

• Ensure children's safety and well-being
• Gather and return children at childcare sites
• Conduct engaging 35-45 minute sessions following the curriculum

Communication & Administration:

• Use age-appropriate language in communication
• Notify supervisor of any issues or changes
• Complete attendance sheets online
• Return equipment and supplies after each season

This is a part-time, seasonal position requiring less than 15 hours per week. All employment is at-will. Candidates must obtain and submit Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Background check, and FBI Fingerprints; assistance will be provided if needed.
