Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Youth Soccer Instructor & Official to join our team in Leesburg, FL. You will teach fundamentals, officiate matches, and help young athletes enjoy the game.

This Saturday-only role requires reliability, safety awareness, and strong communication with parents and volunteer coaches. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within our community-oriented program.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience coaching, playing, or officiating soccer is required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of soccer rules, field positioning, and standard gameplay regulations.
• Soft Skills: High patience, high energy, a positive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with children, motivate volunteer coaches, and address parent feedback.

Responsibilities

• Teach soccer fundamentals and age-appropriate drills using provided plan.
• Serve as on-field official/referee for youth matches with fair play and rules adherence.
• Ensure safety and supervise groups, addressing safety concerns and field conditions as needed.
• Communicate openly with parents and mentor volunteer coaches on the sideline.
