Job description

At AGS, we provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities. We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team!

We are currently hiring for:

1. Soccer coaches with experience working with children ages 2-5 years.
2. Youth coaches with experience working with girls aged 6-14 years.

Requirements

• Passionate about working with and engaging young children.
• Availability on weekday evenings (4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (9am - 12pm on Saturday/Sunday).
• Reliable and professional.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers.
• Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and provide feedback to parents.
• High energy, physically fit, and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 2+ hours.
• Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons.

Ideal Experience

• Experience coaching girls' soccer.
• Experience with other young child sports organizations (e.g., SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads) or soccer environments (e.g., Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues).
• Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset.

Benefits

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
