Job summary

SUPER SOCCER STARS in Orange County is seeking a part-time soccer coach to inspire preschool players ages 1-7. You’ll lead or assist classes in a structured, non-competitive setting and use positive reinforcement to help children build confidence and skills.

Successful candidates enjoy energetic, friendly personalities, are comfortable in childcare settings, may have ECE units, and are ready to attend regular trainings.

Qualifications

• You will have a fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable in a childcare and pre-school environment (ECE units a plus).
• Lead or assist classes for children 1-7+ years old; adapt to varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Coaches attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
