Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Orange County, CA is seeking part-time coaches to inspire and coach children ages 1-7+. You’ll create a fun, energetic environment and help young players develop basic soccer skills while building confidence.

Coaches provide individual attention, use a non-competitive approach, and celebrate small wins. Training is provided, and you’ll follow the coaching manual to ensure consistency across classes.

Qualifications

• Fun, friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable in childcare/preschool environment; ECE units a plus.
• Lead or assist classes for children 1–7+ years; adapt to varying ages.
• Willing to attend trainings and follow coaching manual.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Maintain a non-competitive, fun, stress-free class atmosphere.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage improvement and celebrate success.
