Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is hiring part-time coaches in central/south Orange County, CA to inspire young players through a positive, non-competitive coaching style. You'll lead or assist classes for children aged 1-7 in a structured environment, focusing on confidence, skill-building and a love for the game.

Training and ongoing development are provided. Compensation ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, with 5–30 hours per week, plus an end-of-season bonus and a coaching referral program.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and motivate young children aged 1-7.
• Comfortable working in a childcare/preschool environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist classes for 1-7 year olds in a structured environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to create a fun, non-competitive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt activities to varying ages and abilities and follow coaching guidelines.
