Job summary

Soccer Shots in North Andover, MA is seeking coaches to lead fun, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children aged 2–8, using our proven curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development.

You’ll set up and take down equipment, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and communicate with parents and teachers. A genuine passion for working with kids and a reliable schedule are essential, with paid training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Energetic, reliable and responsible.

• Reliable transportation to North Andover.
• No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
• Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
• Locations across North Andover and surrounding towns.
