Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to inspire children ages 2–8 with our welcoming, curriculum-driven sessions. You’ll lead small‑group activities, set up and break down equipment, and reinforce positive character development on every field.

No coaching experience is required; we provide paid training and ongoing support. Local candidates only; weekend availability is required, with weekday sessions as well, and opportunities to advance into lead roles

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set‑up and take‑down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
