Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to lead fun, age-appropriate classes for children from 12 months to 12 years in a supportive, energetic learning environment.

You will manage small groups, foster a positive atmosphere, and help kids develop teamwork and basic soccer skills while encouraging a love of the game. A weekday morning/afternoon schedule is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the coaching program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience communicating warmly with parents.
• Basic soccer knowledge and willingness to learn coaching methods.
• A valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or childcare).
• CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Weekday morning/afternoon availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children aged 12months -12years.
• Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic learning environment
• Foster a positive and friendly environment where every child feels valued
• Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship while developing basic soccer skills
• Inspire young athletes to embrace their passion for soccer!
