Super Soccer Stars is looking for a Kids Soccer Coach to inspire young players aged 18 months to 10 years. You will lead engaging sessions, foster teamwork, and promote safety and sportsmanship across small groups.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children, have coaching or teaching experience, strong communication skills, and can work afternoons and weekends with reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children and promoting positive youth development.
• Experience in coaching or teaching, preferably in a sports environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents and staff.
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and skill-building soccer sessions for small groups of children.
• Encourage participation and ensure all children feel valued and included.
• Monitor safety and well-being of participants during coaching sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding child progress.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings to enhance coaching skills.
