Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic soccer coaches for our Soccer Academy and TinyTykes programs. You will follow an innovative curriculum to teach basic skills and support child development in players aged 2-6, with 45-minute weekly sessions at preschools and sports complexes.

Coaches will be paid weekly with a flexible, part-time schedule across a season; training, uniforms, and materials are provided. You must pass a background check and have valid work authorization.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
• Personable with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
• You must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions and implement the TinyTykes curriculum.
• Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
• Provide mentorship and support to the coaching staff and organization.
• Be a positive role model and provide clear, continual feedback to players and parents.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
