Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic soccer coaches to join our Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs. Coaches lead 45-minute classes, using a curriculum and activities designed for young players in a fun, supportive environment.

Roles offer flexible part-time hours, uniforms, training, and development opportunities. You will mentor staff, deliver coach clinics, and represent Challenger Sports with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
• It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
• You must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Teach Tiny Tykes curriculum through fun games and stories in 45-minute weekly classes.
• Deliver in-house coaching clinics and coach education within Soccer Academy.
