Soccer Shots - SE Mass is seeking an energetic and passionate Children’s Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in Sandwich, MA. This role blends a love for soccer with working with kids in a fun, positive, and rewarding environment.

You will lead engaging sessions, teach basic skills, and follow Soccer Shots curriculum while maintaining safety and excitement for every participant.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in coaching, teaching, or childcare settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children in a safe and encouraging environment.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps kids motivated and excited to learn.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each session.
