Job summary

Soccer Stars of South Austin is hiring energetic, kid-focused Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team. You'll lead sessions for children ages 2-10+, using our proven curriculum while building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement.

We provide ongoing training, a supportive community, and paid coaching opportunities with flexible morning and afternoon hours; compensation starts between $18-$25/hour and includes growth pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy soccer sessions following our curriculum and coaching philosophy.
• Teach age-appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2-10.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful.
• Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity.
• Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed.
