Job summary

Soccer Stars of South Austin is seeking energetic, kid‑focused Youth Soccer Coach to lead sessions for children ages 2–10+. You will implement our proven curriculum, foster confidence and teamwork, and create a fun, safe learning environment.

Hourly pay starts at $18–$25 per hour, with morning and afternoon shifts Monday through Friday. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive coaching community.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude with a love for working with kids.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and staff.
• Flexible availability for mornings and afternoons.
• Degree in education, kinesiology, or related field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy sessions following curriculum and coaching philosophy
• Teach age-appropriate skills to small groups
• Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment
• Manage groups of up to 15 players
• Communicate with parents and program staff professionally
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Ensure safety guidelines and program standards are followed
