Job summary

Soccer Shots Long Island West is seeking energetic coaches to run high‑energy soccer sessions for children aged 2–8. You’ll lead classes at preschools, daycares, parks, and community centers, creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Training is provided, with opportunities to advance and participate in a supportive team culture. Coaches set their own schedules within 5–25 sessions per week, with paid training at $20 per session during the first two weeks and potential earnings up to $38

Qualifications

• No coaching experience required.
• Soccer playing experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach indoors and outdoors.
• Available to coach 5–25 sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Conduct 30–50 minute classes at preschools, daycares, parks, and community sites.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Teach soccer fundamentals and character-building lessons using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up and prepare for each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and site staff.
• Follow attendance, safety, and program protocols.
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positive energy to every class.
