Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking coaches to lead high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 across preschools, daycares, parks, and community centers. You will use our curriculum to teach fundamentals and character-building lessons in a safe, inclusive environment.

No coaching experience is required, though soccer playing is a plus. Expect flexible scheduling (5–25 sessions/week), with paid training at $20 per session during the initial two weeks and increases to $25 per session

Qualifications

• No coaching experience required.
• Soccer playing experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach indoors and outdoors.
• Comfortable being active with young children.
• Available to coach 5–25 sessions per week, depending on your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Conduct 30–50 minute classes at preschools, daycares, parks, community centers, elementary schools, and indoor facilities.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Teach soccer fundamentals and character-building lessons using Soccer Shots' curriculum.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up and prepare for each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and site staff.
• Follow attendance, safety, and program protocols.
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positive energy to every class.
