Qualifications

• Proven experience in working with children or currently learning about coaching.
• Demonstrates a charismatic and nurturing personality.
• Ability to effectively manage groups of both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead coach in class delivery and ensure children are engaged.
• Demonstrate effective communication by reporting issues and providing solutions.
• Arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
