Soccer Shots Puerto Rico is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead safe, engaging classes for children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required, and training is provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

This position offers flexible hours with no minimum sessions, a base pay increase after the first season, and a direct 90-day track to become lead coach with further pay increases. We also offer seasonal performance bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off for

• No soccer experience required!

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
