Job summary

Soccer Shots Boston is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead fun, safe classes for children ages 2-8. The role offers flexible hours, a pathway to lead coaching with pay increases, and bonuses based on performance and referrals.

No prior soccer experience is required, and paid training includes CPR and First Aid certification. Mileage reimbursement and PTO are also offered for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun classes for up to 12 kids (30-45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and provide post-session feedback.
