Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a part-time coach to lead sessions for ages 2-8 in New Haven County, CT. You will deliver our curriculum at Pre-K schools, parks, or indoor fields, arriving early and ensuring a positive experience for faculty and families.

Requirements include weekend availability, a High School Diploma, and eligibility to work in the U.S. with a background check. Training is provided along with uniforms and equipment.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Energetic, confident and motivated personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development.
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.
