Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater Hartford/Central CT is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead 30–45 minute sessions for children ages 2–8, creating a positive, energetic learning environment and helping kids build confidence.

No coaching experience? Training is provided. Enjoy flexible scheduling, provided uniforms, advancement opportunities, and thorough ongoing support. Compensation starts at $20 per hour after training, up to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Soccer experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow.
• Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed.
• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress.
• Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child’s week.
