Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising in Bryant, AR is seeking energetic part-time coaches to lead 30-45 minute sessions for children aged 2-10 using our curriculum.

Starting pay is $20/hour with advancement opportunities; uniforms, equipment, and training are provided. Availability includes mornings and evenings; 1-6 days per week, with hours ranging 5-30 weekly.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children; soccer experience not required.
• Safety-conscious, caring, organized, energetic.
• Able to follow a lesson plan and represent Soccer Shots professionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Commitment to multiple consecutive seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-45 minute sessions using curriculum (paid training provided).
• Bring high energy, positivity, and fun to every class.
• Travel to partner locations for sessions.
• Communicate professionally with families, site staff, and leadership.
• Ensure each class is safe, organized, and engaging.

Availability

The ideal candidate is available:

• Monday-Saturday mornings, and/or
• Monday-Friday evenings

Coaches can work 1-6 days per week and hours can vary 5-30 hours per week.

Season Schedule

• Winter/Spring: January - end of May
• Summer: mid-June - mid August
• Fall: September - mid December

What a Coach Does

Requirements
