THE ROLE

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun‑loving Soccer Coach! Within the afterschool hours from 2 PM to 6:30 PM, the Coach will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

All coaches have a blast. They are open‑minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Coaches Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the lead coach in delivering a dynamic and inspiring class, ensuring each child is engaged, challenged, and supported in achieving their motor development goals while fostering a passion for movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and enjoyable manner.
• Demonstrate effective and concise communication by reporting any issues to the office and offering appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to punctuality by arriving for class 15 minutes before the start time.
• Set up and dismantle equipment proficiently.
• Provide hands‑on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support.

Compensation starts at $25/hour for Coach positions and rates can increase up to $35/hour.
