Soccer Shots in Wentzville, MO is seeking 3 energetic part-time Youth Soccer Coaches to lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven curriculum. This role offers a flexible schedule and paid training, with opportunities for advancement within the St. Louis area.

You'll coach year-round programs at preschools, childcare centers, and parks, travel to multiple locations, and contribute to a positive, active learning environment for kids.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable and organized person who enjoys working with children.
• Comfortable leading small-sided soccer activities using a kid-friendly curriculum.
• Able to maintain safety and attendance procedures during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
• Make soccer fun and exciting while building confidence and character.
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities and positive reinforcement.
• Communicate with families and teachers and manage equipment setup and teardown.

We’re currently looking for 3 energetic coaches to join our St. Louis team and lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.

About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks.

We Operate Year-round, With Seasonal Programs Including

• Fall
• Winter
• Spring
• Summer

Before You Apply

• Already reside in the St. Louis metro area
• Can travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis
• Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Can complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS
• Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures

• Communicate with families and teachers
• Set up and pack away equipment

• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations
• Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures
