Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater St. Louis is seeking a part-time youth soccer coach to lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–8 in the St. Louis area. The role requires reliable, energetic coaching with a focus on safety, fun, and skill development across multiple locations.

You will travel to various sites in St. Charles County including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis. A valid license, clean background, and driving ability are needed, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the St. Louis metro area.
• 18 years or older for school-based locations.
• Must pass Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
• Fingerprinting via MOVECHS required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
• Make soccer fun and engaging for kids.
• Build confidence and character in players.
• Teach basic soccer skills through age-appropriate activities.
• Create positive experiences for every child in every session.
• Communicate with families and teachers.

About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks.

We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer.

We're Looking For Candidates Who

• Already reside in the St. Louis metro area
• Can travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis
• Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Can complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS
• Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview
