Compensation

• $20 an hour to coach
• $17 an hour paid training
• Seasonal raises based on performance ($1 raise per season)
• Gas compensation for classes for more than 15 miles from home

Responsibilities

• Coaches part-time youth soccer (ages 2-7) at multiple locations
• Be energetic, reliable, and able to communicate effectively using multiple methods (text, email, phone, and other appropriate channels)
• Lead and model positive behavior for children; provide a fun, safe, and engaging soccer environment
• Travel to and coach at multiple locations within a day
• Foster teamwork and offer supportive, constructive feedback

Qualifications
