Job summary

Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is seeking energetic part-time coaches to teach children ages 2–8 in a fun, non- or semi‑competitive setting. You’ll be paid to coach 30–35 minute sessions, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, plus training pay.

Flexibility is key: part-time roles with 5–25 sessions weekly depending on location and availability. Benefits include free uniforms, lesson plans, and opportunities for advancement across 70 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth (ages 2-8) in some capacity.
• Energetic, reliable, organized.
• Driver’s license / car required.
• High School degree preferred, must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 5-12 kids for pre-planned weekly soccer sessions.
• Arrive to session location(s) early (15 minutes prior to start time), prepared and ready to coach.
• Commit to coaching at least two seasons (year‑round).

About Soccer Shots

Getting paid to play, isn't that everyone's dream? At Soccer Shots you can do just that! Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children aged between 2‑8 in a fun, non‑ or semi‑competitive & creative way. Don’t know much about soccer? No problem. We provide paid training.

Compensation

Pay for open position is $18 per 30‑35 minute session coached, $10 per 30‑35 minute session during training. Part‑time coaches typically have between 5‑25 sessions per week depending on location and availability (sessions are 30‑35 minutes in length). Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
