Job description

Challenger Sports is seeking a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coach for our British Soccer Academy program in Saugus, CA.

What is British Soccer Academy?

Professional year-round coaching across clubs and organizations in the USA.

• Mentor and support organizational and coaching staff.
• Deliver coaching clinics, sessions, and education to youth soccer players.
• Serve as a positive role model, providing clear feedback to players, parents, and coaches.
• Represent Challenger Sports as an ambassador.

Compensation:

$16-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Availability to work 5 nights a week (Monday-Friday) and Saturday mornings during October-November is preferred. Immediate start available.

Location:

Soccer fields in Saugus, CA.

Requirements:

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to apply.
• Knowledge of current first aid procedures.
• Personable, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing or coaching experience required; USSF F/E License preferred.
• Valid US work authorization.
