Amazing Athletes in Orange County seeks an energetic Youth Soccer Coach to lead engaging pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens. You will build balance, coordination and cognitive skills through music and movement, in a safe and fun environment.

The ideal candidate loves working with children, has coaching or teaching experience, and is ready for flexible weekend hours while communicating progress to parents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children/toddlers/infants.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with children, parents and colleagues.
• High energy, enthusiasm and patience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculum.
• Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing concerns.
• Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills and curriculum knowledge.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events.

You will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens. This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculum
