Job summary

Amazing Athletes in the San Diego area is seeking energetic Youth Soccer Coaches to lead engaging pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens, focusing on balance, coordination, and cognitive skills through music and movement. Ideal candidates have experience coaching children, strong communication with parents, and are ready to work flexible hours including weekends.

A background check will be conducted. Enrollment bonuses and on-the-job training are offered; starting pay ranges from $18 to $25

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children/toddlers/infants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculum.
• Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment for all participants.
• Communicate progress reports to parents and address any concerns or questions.
• Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills and knowledge of the company's curriculum.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events.

We are looking for energetic Youth Soccer Coaches in the greater San Diego/Oceanside area! Must have ECE Credits

You will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens. This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.
