Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking a Youth Elite Coach to engage young children aged 18 months to 8 years. Coaches will lead fun, skill-based soccer sessions in communities across Maryland, including preschools and parks.

This part-time role offers flexibility with competitive hourly pay ($22–26) and performance-based bonuses. Candidates should have a passion for working with children, effective communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child and family, we serve!

Youth Elite Coach

Looking for part‑time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments.

Responsibilities

Coach young children during 30–45 minute sessions, delivering skill‑based programming, fostering character development, and creating a fun learning environment. Maintain attendance records and communicate with parents and program staff. Travel to assigned sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured (travel required between sites)
• Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred
• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness

Availability

Coaches should be available during the upcoming Summer and Fall seasons within the following timeframes:

• Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
• Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (summer season – limited)
• Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM

Compensation and Hours

• Compensation: $22–26 per hour plus bonus opportunities each season (four times a year)
• Hours of Operation: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday‑Sunday 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
